  I have been taking my child here for 10 months now, and everytime i go, there is a receptionist who is extremely rude and has no customer services skills. Not only do you have to wait over an hour to be seen (with appointment), but you cannot schedule your next appointment right there, you have to call. So when you do call, they are always overbooked and you cannot get your child's shots on time, nor seen until a month after your child is suppose to have been there. My child has been late on his shots, and i am really frustrated about the fact that you can't get an appointment until the following month. There is only 1 pediatrician on staff at this facility and the amount of people that are always in the waiting room is ridiculous. The pediatrician is wonderful, but this is to much for 1 doctor to handle. The nonchalant attitude of the staff there is unacceptable. My child is in need of a specialist to check his hearing and with the delay of the appointments, I as a parent am getting fed up with the "push back" of appointments.
