  When I went into have my appointment the wait time to see the Dr was super long. Definitely way past my appointment time. Although I really like the Dr, they need better time management. When I was all done with the appointment I go talk to the staff about new glasses. I choose to use my frames I was already using. The staff assured me it would only take a week to get them back. Seeing since they were my only pair. Today I finally get a call my glasses are in 2 weeks later after the office is closed that they are in. Now I have to go another full day without them.

  This office's Dr. Spencer is wonderful, and everyone has been very polite and responsive. But politeness doesn't make up for recurring order and billing mistakes, and I expect the glasses (sales?) team to know their products better than this team does. Various members of this office have: - charged me incorrectly - misinformed me about the type of glasses lenses I was purchasing - temporarily lost my order for contact lenses - not offered me a receipt or record of what I paid for at any time, until I contacted billing about their error and requested them Most of my problem with this place is disappointment, honestly. I wanted so badly to love it here, but I have spent hours and extra in-office trips to correct their mistakes and it's just not worth my time anymore.
